Yeoman: being weeke and low in body", dated 17 May 1731, codicil 6 Jan 1731/2, witnesses swore to 7 Feb 1731[/32], proved 14 Jul 1732, names eldist son Charles Cooke (£20), rest divided equally between "my Children (to wit) my loveing son Charles Cooke Nethaniel Cooke Robert Cooke Sarah Cooke Francis Cooke: and my Loveing Son Semion Cooke" [the last to be made "Equal with the other Children with what he may have of the Estate that may hearafter Come to my Dear and Loveing wife Leadiah Cooke". Brother Caleb Cooke to be sole Executor.
