Neither source (both of which are generally reliable) cites a source for where Richard lived. Wikipedia uses The Peerage and says his son was born at Maidstone, Kent. However, Wikipedia also indicates that Woodville Manor in Grafton Regis (then Grafton Woodville) was owned by the Woodville family by 1440, and was the birthplace of Richard's granddaughter Elizabeth, who became the wife of King Edward IV.
