   'Peter Percy¹⁷ had a son Richard¹⁸ ... Richard¹⁸ founded Pearce Hall in York, England, where he lived and died leaving an eldest son Richard¹⁹, Jr.

   Note: The lineage from Ralph Percy to Richard Pearce presented in this book without the support of primary sources is considered to be without substance, as there is no evidence for Peter Percy (supposed father of this Richard Pearce), and there does not appear to be a Pearce Hall in Yorkshire.
