Richard Henry Fetterling was born on August 2, 1832, the son of Catherine and Jacob. He had one four daughters with Lucy Jane Parks. He then married Mary A Tiffany and they had one daughter together. He died on October 16, 1909, in Moscow, Michigan, having lived a long life of 77 years.
