    Who ever came to Lexington and stayed long enough to pay taxes that did not make the acquaintance of Richard Arnspiger? Not that there is any connection between Mr. Arnspiger and taxes, but when one owns property here he wants it well protected from loss by fire and Mr. Arnspiger knows how to do this, for he is one of the leading insurance men of the city. In fact one can no more think of insurance and not couple the name of "Dick" Arnspiger with it than he can think of jewelry without being reminded of Tiffany.
