- Friend, Walter Preston: young bay mare, watch, riding whip, silver shoe & ____ buckles, gold sleeve buttons, spurs, & $100.
- Little cousin, Col. William R. Preston, $200.
- Nephew, William Robinson, all wearing apparel & $200.
- Children of dec'd nephew, Robinson Leforce, $200.
- Nephew, David Leforce, $200.
- Nephew, Reney Leforce, ball'd mare, bed, furniture, & $200.
- Niece, Mary Duvall, 1 bed, furniture, & $200.
- Niece, Jean Marshall, $200.
- No books to be sold (that were not already appropriated) that were in the care of friend Walter Preston, and they were to be loaned out if requested, but to be returned to W. Preston.
- Reney Leforce, husband of sister Agnes, dec'd, and all his children not named in this will excluded from any inheritance.
- Dick, slave, to be set free immediately.
- Female relations, Cynthia Robinson, Mary R. Preston, & Malinda Montgomery $200 from estate sale proceeds.
- Salem Meeting House, $10 per annum.
