  15. "POWELL, Mrs. Rebecca, 82, of Marlboro, widow of George Powell, who diedin 1922, died suddenly at her home Sunday night. She had attendedSunday school and church services at the Marlboro M. E. church, of whichshe was an active member, and took sick Sunday night, dining shortlyafterward. She was born in Freeburg and had been a resident of thevicinity of Marlboro all her life. The last 60 years she spent inMarlboro. Surviving are three sons, J. R. Powell of Alliance, Ralph ofSevakeen Lake and John of Butte, Montana; by daughters, Miss Anna Powellof the home, Mrs. Irma Westwood of Chicago, Mrs. Ada Hummel ofWilmington, Ohio and Miss Lucy Powell of Alliance and Mrs. Mabel Pennockof Buffalo, New York, and one grandson, Raymond C. Powell of JerseyCity. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 PM at the home withRev. Herbert C. Cassida to, officiating. Burial will be at Louisville.Friends may call at the home Tuesday from 7 to 9 PM"
