Parentage

Some researchers have placed this Rebecca Gamble as a daughter of Thomas Gamble (1765-1838) and Elizabeth Patterson, but Elizabeth [Patterson] Gamble named her daughter "Rebecca Ford" in her will, which was a different Rebecca Gamble that married George Ford likely in Roane County, Tennessee. Additional research is needed to determine this Rebecca Gamble's parentage.
