Notes mention that she may have been buried at Graceland Cem. in Mitchell, SD. One record shows her birth data as 20Jul1851 at Indianola,Warren, IA., but another record claims that she moved to Jackson Co., IA 1855. She was a Simpson Coll. (Indianola, IA) grad. in education, listed in History of Warren County 1908 by Martin, pg. 258 graduating from Simpson College with Arts Masters in 1874 and in History of Warren County, IA 1987 pg. 400 as a teacher at the Indianola High School. One record claims that she graduated from law school in 1875 (no Univ. named). One report listed here brother as W.S. Braucht of Mitchell, SD; and her sisters as: Kate Coacher, Mrs. R.E. Brown, Mrs. Esta Graham - all of Mitchell, SD, Mrs. J.C. Coacher and Mrs. B.F. Luce -both of White Lake, SD, Mrs. Ethel Shreeves of Cheyenne,WY and Mrs. T.J. Jones of San Jose, CA.
