1 Sep 1736: "Personally Appeared Samuel Robbins and made Oath that he was present and Saw Rebeckah Parminter one of the Grantors within named (now Deceased)" sign the deed.

  4.   It seems likely Rebecca is the daughter of John Adams and Hannah Bent. The deed cited on her marriage page indicates a sister Mary (Adams) Parmenter of Sudbury, brother John of Framingham, and Thomas of Sudbury, and deceased brother Aaron of Worcester. Source:Adams, Andrew N. Genealogical History of Henry Adams, of Braintree, Mass., and His Descendants, p. 960, only shows 3 known children for this couple (Dea. John of Framingham, Daniel and Hannah), and NEHGR, Vol. 153, p. 214, adds two more (Charles and Thomas). No others are listed in the records, but from the deed, we would infer Rebecca, Mary, and Aaron as well.
