    In the name of God Amen, I John Adams of Worcester in the County of Worcester within his Majesty’s Province of Massachusetts bay in New England Yeoman being arrived to great Age but of Perfect mind and memory thanks be given to God
    "I give and bequeath to Sarah my Dearly beloved wife the Sum of fifty pounds money or bills of Credit… together with all my household goods.
    I give and bequeath to my Eldest son John Adams of Framingham y Sum of five shilling which together with what he hath already had of my Estate is in full of his portion

    19 Mar 1730/1: Deed of "John Adams, Joseph Parmenter and mary his Wife[,] Daniel Parmeter and Rebeckah his Wife" convey to Thomas Adams all rights in property in Worcester of "our brother Aron Addams late of Worcester".
    1 Sep 1736: "Personally Appeared Samuel Robbins and made Oath that he was present and Saw Rebeckah Parminter one of the Grantors within named (now Deceased)" sign the deed.
