Randy G. Loughner,67, of Youngwood, died Wednesday, January 3, 2024, in Independence Health System Westmoreland Hospital. He was born March 20, 1956, in Ohio, a son of the late Samuel Gilbert and Edith Karen (Hewitt) Loughner. Prior to retirement he had been a carpenter for R.W. Sidley, Inc. Randy loved woodworking, being in the mountains, and especially loved his dog, Bolt. He is survived by his three children, Pamela Kelly (Patrick), Benjamin Loughner (Sunyeong), and Melissa Loughner- Wisnesck (Anthony); four grandchildren, Connor, Gabriel, Blake, and Alexis; five siblings, Cynthia Loughner, Candi Callahan, Sandra Bleibtrey, Daniel Loughner, and Cheryl Gillin- Garling; and several nieces and nephews.
