Hooper Mountain Home, Idaho 34 Grandchildren 50 Great?Grandchildren Ralph LeRoy Barry, 87, of Mountain Home, died Tuesday, March 31, 1987, at home of natural causes. Rosary was recited at 6:45 Friday, April 3.at Humphrey's Funeral Home. Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday April 4, at Our Lady of Good Council Catholic Church, with Father James Hallissey as celebrant. Burial followed in Mountain View Cemetery, under the direction .of Humphrey's Funeral Home, Mountain Home. Mr. Barry, a retired carpenter, was born June 30, 1899, at Falls City, Neb., a son of John and Dessie Neff Barry. He was reared and educated at Falls City. He married L Marie Thorton, Nov. 21, 1921, at Bridgeport, Neb. They came to Mountain Home in 1942. He worked at Anderson Dam and later as a carpenter in Mountain Home. He was a custodian at the Elmore Memorial Hospital for 16 years before retiring in 1972. Mrs. Barry died Dec. 20, 1968. He later married Ida Johnson Reisinger, June 6,1971, in Mountain Home. He was a 40 year member of the Eagles; and a member of the Mountain Home Senior Citizens. Survivors include his wife of Mountain Home; three sons, Lawrence Barry of Mountain Home, Don Barry of Boise, and Robert 0.Barry of Salt Lake City; five daughters, Peggy Harbert of Boise, Annetta Huggins of Portland, Ore.Phyllis Smith of Mountain Home. Carol Newcomb of Sewell, N.J., and Lola Barry of Boise; a brother, Jack Barry of Cheney, Wash.: two sisters Zelma Schuricht of Mountain Home and Mary E. Hooper of Mountain. Home; 34 grandchildren: and 50 great?grandchildren, Two sons and three brothers also died earlier. References
