RACHEL MULLEN was born circa 1751 at Scotland/Ireland. Her birthdate is estimated so that her youngest child Daniel is born as early as possible (45) while still having a reasonable marriage age (17).

She married WILLIAM WATKINS in 1768 at Baltimore County, Maryland. They had 12 children, 9 boys and 3 girls. Boys Charles and Caleb are not mentioned in their fathers will, so it is likely that they died young.

She died after 1820. The 1820 census lists a female over 45 living with husband William. This is presumably Rachel.
