Andrew moved to Saline County, Missouri. He and margaret had three sons and four daughters. About 1822 the family moved to Long Prairie, Arkansas, and later to Natchitoches Parish, La. where Margaret died in 1835. He then married Lucinda Church, daughter of Joel Church. They were the parents of one son and one daughter.
