D. 1744-5: Then James Treat, Oliver Treat, Daniel Boardman, Abigail Boardman, Jonathan Riley, Wait Wells and Jerusha Wells, signers and sealers to this instrument, acknowledged the same to be their free act and deed before this Court, and set to their hands and seals in Court.
