    [15 Feb 1777: Williamson Ball and wife made a deed to Peter Conway. The release deed of Peter Conway names them as "Williamson Ball and Priscilla his wife." The words are: "Whereas, Rich'd Spann, by his last will and testament, dated Feb. 14, 1764, did bequeath to his wife, Priscilla Spann (now the wife of Williamson Ball, gent, party to these presents), during her natural life, all the negroe slaves of the said Richard Spann," &c, &c.]
