    Phyllis E. Siefert, 82, of Greensburg, died Sunday, November 15, 2015. She was born August 17, 1933, in Boquet, daughter of the late Philip and Lodie Kepple Loughner. She was a member of Zion’s Lutheran Church, Greensburg. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a daughter-in-law Kim McCarthy Siefert. She is survived by her husband, Herman F. Siefert; three sons: Craig D. Siefert and wife Betsy of Dayton, Ohio, Philip F. Siefert of Detroit, Mich., and Jay H. Siefert and wife Cathleen of Greensburg; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a brother Gerald Loughner of Maryland. There will be no public visitation or service. A committal service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday at Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Greensburg.
