    Phyllis Jeanne Campbell, 88, formerly of Butler, passed away at 8:35 p.m. Wednesday at the Concordia Lutheran Ministries in Cabot surrounded by her loving family.
    Born on May 9, 1925, in Latrobe, she was the daughter of the late William H. Leonhardt and Blanche I. (Laughner) Leonhardt.
    Phyllis was a homemaker. She was also a very active member of the former Grace Lutheran Church, now Grace@Calvary Evangelical Lutheran Church.
    Phyllis is survived by her two sons, Richard A. Campbell and his wife, Linda, of Gilbert, Ariz., and W. Terry Campbell and his wife, Becky, of Greensburg; his two daughters, Diana J. Rieger and her husband, Ken, of Valencia and Donna L. Kennedy and her husband, Rick, of Meridian; her 10 grandchildren, Rick Campbell, Debi Campbell, Marc Campbell, Jay Campbell, Eric Rieger, Scott Rieger, Aaron Rieger, Steven Rieger, Jason Kennedy and Patrick Kennedy; her 16 great-grandchildren; her brother, William H. Leonhardt of Greensburg; and a number of nieces and nephews.
    In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard C. Campbell, who she married on March 13, 1943, and who passed away on March 19, 1991, and her sister, Mrs. Vivian Keracher.
    Campbell - The friends of Phyllis Jeanne Campbell, who passed away Wednesday, March 26, 2014, will be received from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler.
    Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Greg Wiest of the Glade Run Presbyterian Church officiating. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Burial Estates, 731 Old Route 422 West, Butler.
    In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Good Samaritan Hospice, 3500 Brooktree Road, Suite 320, Wexford, PA 15090.
