Born in South Whitehall Township, April 5, 1936, Phyllis was the daughter of the late Harry and Sadie (Jones) Gildner. She was formerly employed as a processing line worker at Jaindl Farms, Inc. in Orefield for 10 years. Survivors: Children, Richard D. Lauchnor at home, Donald L. Lauchnor of Slatington, Lawrence B. Lauchnor and his wife, Claudia of Arizona, David L. Lauchnor and his wife, Sherri of Slatington, Sandra M. Neff of Slatington; siblings, Albert Gildner of Ironton, Melvin Gildner of Slatington, Betty Galio of Slatington; grandchildren, David, John, Adam, Sarah and Emily; great grandchildren, Brylee, Madison and JJ. Services: A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 6, 2015 at Union Cemetery of Slatington with the Rev. David L. Hess officiating. No calling hours. The Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc. in Schnecksville is in charge of arrangements.
