In book titled Descendants of Elijah Bacon, compiled by Elizabeth Fitzgerald Cutler of Milwaukee, WI 1988, pg. 349 it gives Phillip birth at 18 Jan 1914 at Roseburg, OR and credits Ruby E. Graham Driskell for much of her data, but that data often varies from data given to me by Ruby earlier. It should not be difficult to verify the correct data, but I have kept what Ruby sent to me directly (it also makes more sense on dates).
