Morse Genealogy : Comprising the Descendants of Samuel, Anthony, William and Joseph Morse and John Moss : Being a Revision of the, p. 15, says Peter, bp. 11, 6, 1682, "died the same year". As can be seen from the cited source, this date was actually his death date, not his baptism. The baptism of Peter cannot be confirmed since the published church records on p. 40 at the beginning of Book III, notes that "Book II was lost many years ago." Thus there are no baptisms from 1671 to 1724. Instead this data was apparently just copied from Source:Morse, Abner. Memorial of the Morses. See also similar comments for brother David, and death dates of parents, etc., all of which unfortunately creates a general lack of credibility for this source.
