In Westerly, R. I., Sept. 27th, at the residence of his son-in-law, Dr. F. Murphy, Mr. Peleg Babcock, aged about 92 years. Bro B. professed religion and united with the 1st Seventh-day Baptist Church in Hopkinton, about 60 years ago, of which he continued a consistent member until his death. Thus in a good old age, he was gathered to the land of his fathers; having been separated from his wife only about four weeks, and making seven adult members of the family past the meridian of life, who have died in a few days over one year.
