Peggy Sisk, age 71, of 220 E. Wisconsin, Russell, KS died Monday, Sept. 30, 2002 at the Russell Regional Hospital. She was born Dec. 22, 1930, in Huntsville, AL, the daughter of O.R. and Dora (Walker) Crumrin. She was a seamstress most of her life and was co-owner with her husband of an Upholstery and Drapery and Dry Cleaning business. On July 19, 1947, she married R. Melvin Sisk in Madison Co. AL. She was a former member of the High Plains Baptist Church, Hays and a member of the Bible Baptist Church, Russell.
Survivors include her husband of the home in Russell; one daughter Sandra L. Childers of Hays; 4 grandchildren and 8 gt. grandchildren. (Children who evidently prededed her are Phillip, Delores, and Patsy).
Funeral serives Friday Oct. 4, 2002 at the Bible Baptist Church, Russell with Pastor T. Dale Lane officiating. Burial will be in the Russell City Cem. Hays Memorial Chapel Funeral Home, Hays, in charge.
