Early Connecticut Marriages as found on Ancient Church Records prior to 1800, 1768 - notes Paul Phelps and Zerviah Calkin married 18 Feb. 1768.

Cutler's Genealogical and Family History of Central NY, page 144, Onondaga Co. Library, Syracuse, NY, research done by Mrs. Nina Nelson in the 1940's says "after Zerviah Calkins death, removed (Paul) to Mansfield, CT, thence to Westfield MA, then to PA where he died."

Not in Crawford Co., PA in 1830 census - most likely died elsewhere Info - Phelps our Ancestors, and Phelps Family books.Military: Rev. War in 3rd CT. Reg.Occupation: farmer
