Obituary

Patricia Ann Zimmerman, age 90, of Sidney, Ohio died peacefully on Tuesday, June 22, 2022. She was lovingly cared for by the staff at The Landings of Sidney and Hospice.

She is preceded in death by her parents John Glen and Hazel (Green) Medaugh, her beloved husband of 73 years Carl, infant daughter Lorraine, and sisters Jane, Hilda, and Joan. She is survived by her brother John Medaugh and children Theresa (David) Marlow, Cynthia (Rick) Oremus, Kevin Zimmerman, Craig Zimmerman (Gail), Lisa Michalowski (Ahmed Clay), Kent (Linda) Zimmerman, Laura (Edwin) Booth, Martha Zimmerman, 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Patricia graduated from Spencerville High School and retired from the Copeland Corporation after 27 years of service. She was an active member and past president of the American Legion Auxiliary, an organization dedicated to serving our country’s veterans, active military and their families. Carl and Pat were members of Grace Baptist Church for nearly 50 years.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, June 29, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney, Ohio. A private graveside service will be held at 2:00 at Spencerville Cemetery.
