(this is date will was probated per same source) "He migrated to Hamilton County, Onio, perhaps during the panic of 1819. (Whitewater Twp. ?) and from here to Rush Co. IN. He entered land from the government in 1821 and 1823 in Anderson Twp. Rush Co. and later in Richland Twp. His will was probated Jan 16, 1865 in Rush Co. and a copy can be found in the Rush County Clerk office. His burial place is unknown at the present, but it seems likely to the writer that he is buried in the Pleasant Run Cemetery, three miles north of Richland. He was married twice, the first wife Mary, died Sept 19, 1834. ... His second wife was Kissah(sic) Earlywine. They were married July 7, 1835. He was said to be a man of rather large stature, resembling his son, Isaac in stature and facial features. In his later years he made several trips to Clinton Conty Indiana visiting his sons and taking treatments for cataracts of the eye in Indianapolis."
