    Otha E. Cole Service Set for Monday Funeral service for Otha Emerson Cole, 68, of 827 Marshall PI., Long Beach grocery executive who died aboard a ship in the Canal Zone Dec. 21, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in First Christian Church. Cole, a native of Luther, Okla., was president of Cole's Markets, a six-store chain which fjrew from a neighborhood market he opened in 1920 at 1116 E. 1st St. He was a pioneer of the supermarket plan ocally. Surviving are his wife, Edith; sons, Thomas and Richard; daughter, Mrs. Lois Navarre, and four' grandchildren. The service is 'being directed by Mottell's Peek Mortuary.
