!Obituary: Orville Smith Meeks of Whittier died Tuesday at his home. Mr. Meeks was born May 14, 1893 in Kokomo, In and had been a resident of Calif for 20 years, living in the local area for 2 years. His last employment was with the Machine Arts Manufacturing Co., where he was a tool and die maker. Mr. Meeks is survived by his wife, Bertha; daughters, Mrs. Thelma Dumoulin and Mrs. Frieda Pennington; sister, Mrs. Arline Wilshusen and Mrs. Olga Richey; a brother, Robert Meeks; by 3 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 10 A.M. Friday in Lanier's Colonial Chapel, with entombment following in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale.
