Orlou L. Morgan, 84, of 6290 Raindrop Rd. SE, Amsterdam, died August 31 in St. John Medical Center at Steubenville after an extended illness. Born July 1, 1909, at Kilgore, she was a daughter of the late George and Jennie (Hosterman) Kohler. She attended Kilgore Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Warren E. Morgan, whom she married March 26, 1949; two sons, Floyd Everett of California and Ben Everett of Michigan; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, Quintin Everett; three brothers and two sisters. Funeral services will be this Friday at 11 a.m. in Sweeney-Dodds Funeral Home at Amsterdam with Rev. Dwight Devitt officiating. Burial will be in Kilgore Cemetery.
