    Earl BOLINGER, 94, 4201 N. Michigan Road, Plymouth, formerly of Argos, died at noon Tuesday at South Bend Memorial Hospital.

    He was born in Wabash County to Henry and Flora CRUMRINE BOLINGER. He lived in the Argos community since 1936. On June 21, 1921 in Wabash he married Lois OYLER who died April 24, 1970. On Nov. 20, 1971 in Wabash he married Catherine A. ALBER who survives. He retired in 1957 after 37 years with the U.S. Government Railway Mail Service. He was a Deacon and member for 52 years of the Walnut Church of the Brethren. He was an Army veteran of World War I and served on the Marshall County Fair Board. He was on the Walnut Township Advisory Board where he was superintendent for a number of years.

    Surviving with his wife are two daughters, Mrs. Roy (Esther) REED, Plymouth; Mrs. Robert (Doris) KINGSAFER, South Bend; a son, Edward BOLINGER, Wheaton, Ill.; ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Preceding in death were a son, Ora [BOLINGER], and a grandson, Philip REED.

    Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Walnut Church of the Brethren, Argos, with the Rev. Paul E. McBRIDE, officiating. Burial will be in the Walnut Church of the Brethren Cemetery. Friends may call from 3-8 p.m. Thursday at Grossman Funeral Home, Argos, and one hour prior to services at the church Friday. Memorials may be made to the Walnut Church of the Brethren.
