BRULAND, Oline, age 92 years, of 2433 King Street, passed away at a local hospital Friday, Nov. 5, (1954). Mrs. Bruland had resided in Whatcom County for 50 years and was a charter member of the Zion Lutheran Church at Custer. Surviving relatives include four sons, Robert of Pleasant Valley, Raymond of Fresno, Calif., Ollie of Fairbanks, Alaska, Ted of Bellingham; four daughters, Mrs. Bertina Wagelie, of Blaine, Mrs. Helga Long of Pleasant Valley, Mrs. Clara Rutherford and Mrs. Oline Miller of Bellingham; 25 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Numerous nieces and nephews. The remains rest at the Funeral Home of Harlow-Hollingsworth. Services will be conducted by Rev. Theol Hoiland Tuesday, Nov. 9 at 1 p.m. at the Zion Lutheran Church in Custer. Final resting place will be the Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery at Custer.
