- In order to try and solve any confusion for future researchers... yes, both Norman Lewis and Rolla Crosby were both married to Gwen Letterman and Alma Fischer.
- Norman's first marriage was to Gwen Letterman. After raising two children together, (Ronald & Norma), they were in their later years divorced. Norman's second marriage was to Alma Fischer. Together they had another daughter together.
- Rolla Crosby's first marriage was Alma Fischer. After raising two children together, (Ronald & Jeanine), they were in their later years divorced. Rolla's second marriage was to Gwen Letterman and they had no children together.
