Mrs. Dean Lowe is Dead; Rites Set Tuesday 

  Mrs. Dean Lowe, 77, who had been making her home with her son, Marcus Lowe, 2137 Fairhaven Rd., died there at 12:30 a.m. Sunday after an extended illness.
  Mrs. Lowe was born Jan. 18, 1880 in Chicago and came to Davenport four years ago from Bartlesville, Okla.  She was of Catholic faith.
  Surviving are two sons, Marcus of Davenport and Dean R. Lowe, Jacksonville, Ill.; five grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Evelyn Kent, Chicago.
  Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Hill & Fredericks Chapel.  The Rev. J. P. Hines will officiate.  Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park.  Friends may call at the funeral home this evening.
