19 Dec 1726: Petition of Noah Wiswel [from judge's warrant: "son of Thomas Wiswell" and grandson of deceased] and Nathaniel Longly guardian of Thomas Wiswel and Ichabod Wiswel [from judge's warrant: brethren of Noah] that whereas Mrs Theodocea Newman of Newton has deceased to distribute her dower.

10 Nov 1727: Warrant to appraise the part of the estate set off to Mrs Theodosia Newman formerly widow of Cap't Noah Wiswall and settle five parts on Nathan'l Parker who married a daughter and purchased four other parts, and two parts on the heirs of Thomas Wiswall eldest son of the deceased.
