Berrickman sold it to George Crawford, Crawford to Nicholas Klingesmith, and Klingensmith to John Hill by deed dated April 18, 1812.

This place is by the Forks of the Allegheny and Kiskiminetas rivers, and called the Forks Church Zion's Evangelical Lutheran Church. John Hill children were baptized in the Klingensmith Church as late as 1816. The Klingensmith church was in Washington Township Westmoreland County, (after 1820 Allegheny came in as a township) today at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. The Reformed Church was also located there by Rev. William Weinel and later both worship in same church. Rev. Gabriel Adam Reichert took charge in 1824. The Klingensmith line Christina (Walthour) who I think is George and Christopher sister) married at Oley, Berks County Pa to Philip "Blockhouse" Klingensmith came in 1770 to Westmoreland County Pa. George Walthour born 18 June 1723 Baden, Germany died Nov 1794 buried Brush Creek was put into Daughters of Revolutionary War by Margaret Stivenson Krecota. Fort Walthour has a marker near Kohls parking lot Pa in Westmoreland. They came from Brecknock Township Lancaster County next door to Klingensmith Family coming same time period.

Klingensmith born 16 Aug 1762- 1847 sponsor, George Hartlein of Oley Hills Church, a brother to Nickolas, son Philip born 29 Feb 1788 his grandson, Philip Klingensmith born 3 April 1815 Westmoreland County became a Bishop to Latter Day Saint's Church he is in buried c.1881 Mojave Dessert, Az. had three wives.
I have found on 1850 census Shaler township Allegheny Co., Pa Peter age 63 and his son Tobias age 35.
