Will of "Nicholas Woodberry of ye Towne of Beverly ... Marrin'r now in ye said Island of Barbasoes", dated 12 Oct 1691, proved in Barbados 15 Oct 1691, proved in New England 28 Aug 1693, names wife Mary, two daughters Judith & Mary Woodberry [under 17], "I lately left my said wife Mary with Child", son William. Grants Negro Man Toney freedom after 10 years. Wife Mary to be sole executor and guardian of children, and friend John Pilgrim Merch't [to take trust of this will in Barbados].
