William's biography says "They [Levi and Abigail] had two sons, William B., our subject, and Newton, who died in infancy," suggesting that Newton was born after William B. The Sudbury inscriptions give Newton's middle name, and a death age of 15 months. Newton is not in the 1860 census, so must have been born either after the census or before early 1859.
