  15. Mrs. Leola Wolfe

    Leola Byerly was born on the thirteen day of September, in the year. 1886 at Warrenburg, Missouri where she lived the first fifteen years of her life. At an early age she was baptized into the Mineral Creek Church of the Brethren at Leeton, Missouri She has since been a loyal Christian and an active worker in the church. In 1901 Leola Byerly moved to Coyle, Oklahoma, where six sears later she was united in! marriage with Frank A. Wolfe to whom she was a devoted wife for twenty-five years. In 1918 the Wolfes moved to the State Canter District near Jones where they resided , until death. Mr. Wolfe passed away on November 12, 1932. Mrs. Wolfe peaceably passed away to her reward while at rest in the Wesley hospital in Oklahoma City at 4:55 a. m. the third day of May, 1945 at the age of 58 years, seven months and thirteen days.

    She is survived by one sister, Miss Marietta Byerly of Tishomingo, Oklahoma, and one brother, Sharon Byerly of Fowler, Colorado. As a most faithful mother she gave birth to seven children all living: Leonard, Ernest, Alta Mae and Miriam of Jones, Oklahoma; Mrs. Lenora Jones, of Oklahoma. City, Mrs. Lavonia Smith of Jones, and Mrs. Lovelle Young of Loredo, Texas. Texas. There are 13 living grandchildren.
