Groh Ruth, 85, 609 W. Williams St., Kendallville, died Friday at McCray Hospital. She was born Sept. 28, 1900 in Delaware County to George and Eva (Bennet) Drumm. She married Cleo Groh in 1920 in Muncie. He preceded her in death. She had lived in Kendallville since 1921 and was a member of the Mitchell Street Methodist Church and the Noble County Demonstration Club. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Russell (Mary Frances) Harden, Kendallville; one son, Lawrence, in Italy; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, four sisters and four brothers. Services will be Monday at Berhalter-Hutchins Funeral Home, Kendallville. Burial, Lake View Cemetery. + 2-14-1986
