Nehemiah, born July 17, 1756 married May 11, 1780, Philadelphia White, she being then of Swanzey. After the death of her husband, who left his widow a good farm, she seems to have lost standing, drank cider to excess and Oct. 17, 1833, when she was probably 70 years of age, married Benjamin Howard, of Stoddard, N. H. Nehemiah was selectman in 1786.
