Nathan Huse, 10th child of "Sargeant" Thomas Huse and Hannah Webster, was born in Newbury, 21 August 1716 and died in Amesbury, Mass., 23 April 1809. He married in Amesbury 5 December 1738 Rachel Sargent, born 22 February 1721, died 7 September 1792, daughter of Joseph Sargent and Elizabeth Carr of Amesbury.
Doctor Nathan Huse was a practicing physician in Amesbury and was widely known. It is interesting to note that Nathan, who died in 1809, was a grandson of the original settler Abel Huse, born 1602. Over two centuries were spanned by three generation.
