27 Dec 2008-talked to Naomi and she asked me to try to find her sister: Eula Mae Tracy, born 1922, married Elwood Hess, lived in KY; Charleston, WV; Lexington, KY and NC. In my search process I found Naomi's birth records in the KY birth index and I found a death record for Eula Mae Hess, born 15 Jan 1922, died 19 Nov 1983 in Putnam, FL, age 61. However, I have not been able to find the family in the 1930 census. I have found several records for the father, Robert Enos Tracy and I found Eula Mae's marriage record: Groom's name: Elwood Earl Hess; Bride's name: Eula Mae Tracy; Event type: Marriage; Marriage date: 1949; Marriage place: Kanawha, WV; Film number: 521724; Digital GS number: 4226401; Image number: 00422; Reference number:; Source: County Records; Collection: West Virginia Marriages 1853-1970
