Elder Robert Burdick (born 1635 in England and died October 25, 1692 in Westerly, Washington, Rhode Island) and Ruth Hubbard (January 11, 1639/40 in Agawau (Springfield), Hampden, Massachusetts and died 1691 in Westerly, Washington, Rhode Island) were her parents.

The family attended the 1st 7th Day Baptist Church in Westerly, Rhode Island. Westerly was orignally called Misquamicutt - in later years the township was divided and the northwest part became Hopkinton. The church still stands there.

Joseph Maxon; Ruth, wh[o]. m[arried]. John Phillips; and Deborah, wh[o]. m[arried]. Joseph Crandall; and d[ied]. 1692. THOMAS, Westerly 1680, s[on]. of Robert.
