Nannie Prisilla Farmer Moore, 91, of Highland Manor Nursing Home, Dublin, and formerly of 433 Magazine Street, Pulaski, died Wednesday morning, March 6, 1996 in the Pulaski Community Hospital. Born Aug. 21, 1904 in Pulaski County, she was the daughter of the late George Preston Farmer and the late Clara Clemson Bentley Farmer. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Ison Moore; five sisters, Kate Anderson, Georgia Killian, Nora Smith, Ruth Cox Gravely and Agnes Smith; and three brothers, Larry Farmer, David E. Farmer and Clyde Farmer. She was of the Holiness faith. Surviving are nieces, Mrs. Joseph (Virginia) Watts, Mrs. Lillie Gills, Mrs. Kathleen Johnston, Mrs. Frank (Mildred) Jones, Mrs. Rufus (Irene) Brock, Mrs. Adena Farmer Daugherty, Mrs. Lucille Daugherty, Betty June Childress and Leola Cox, all of Pulaski, Mrs. Gertrude Cecil of West Virginia and Ellen Chinault of Ohio; nephews, Carl Anderson, Everett Anderson, Walter Farmer, Bernard Anderson, Doug Smith and George Farmer, all of Pulaski, George Anderson and Glenn Farmer, both of Dublin, Billy Farmer and Marvin Marshall, both of Ohio, Ralph Smith of Maryland, Billy Smith of Newport News, Garnett Smith of Roanoke and Hershel Fanner of California; a great-nephew, Michael Ray Marshall of Dublin; and sister-in-law, Mary 8. Farmer of Pulaski. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Friday at Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski, with Pastor Steven Thomas officiating. Burial will be in the Ray Family Cemetery, Pulaski. Visiting will be anytime after 2 p.m. today at Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski, with the family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski, is in charge of arrangements.
