    PERKINS, Nancy C. 85, of Dayton passed away Monday September 8, 2008 at Grandview Hospital. She is preceded in death by her parents Willie and Lottie Johnson Tackett; son Michael Anthony Perkins; and brothers Raymond and Charles Tackett. Nancy is survived by her husband, whom she married December 22, 1949 in Maysville, KY, William C. Perkins; daughter Carolyn (Virgle) Hale; grandchildren Nathan (Leah) Hale, Nevin Hale, Tricia (Jack) Honeycutt, and Andrew Hale; great grandchildren Christopher and Teah Hale and Tabitha and Cheyenne Honeycutt; sisters Margaret Craig and Ann Ernst; many other family and friends. Funeral services will be held 10:00AM Friday September 12, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd with Pastor Fant officiating. Family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00PM Thursday September 11, 2008 at the funeral home. Burial will follow services at Dayton Memorial Park. The family would like to give a special thanks to MICU at Grandview Hospital for all their care and support.
