Daughter of John Wesley Spearman (10/10/1799, South Carolina - 6/11/1837, interred McMinn County, Tennessee) and Elizabeth (Miller) Spearman (ca 1811, Kentucky - died in Sherman, Texas, interred unknown). Wife of Henry Abby Taylor (12/11/1825, Kentucky - 1/17/1891, interred Chinn's Chapel Cemetery).
From the listings for her and Henry in the 1860, 1870, and 1880 censuses, I find these 15 children: Zackarius (or Zachary), Lizzie Alice, Charles W., Jay Bird, Robert, Newton, Emma Jane, Harvey Willis, Uncle Joe, Mary I. and Susan (twins), Charley, Ben, Zanard, and Sally. She died in 1882, so can't be sure if any children were born between the 1880 census and Sep 1882.
Mary Ida Taylor, Charlie Taylor, and Jay Bird's daughter are also buried at Chinns Chapel Cemetery.
