Ada Wyckoff Hopkins wrote her cousin Jane Love: "Nancy Thompson and her husband and Mary Ferris and her son Albanus visited us this fall. . . . Mary and Nancy told us that they heard you had moved off of the farm but could not tell where you had gone / they said they had written to you but recieved no answer. . . .
