Young, Justice of the Peace, to answer the complaint of Shepherd B. Draughon who states that in 1864, Lafayette Draughon did steal from the premises of Mrs. Nancy Allens, deceased, a certain grey horse named Oliver and a double-barreled shotgun, said property belonging to the minor heirs of Nancy Allen, deceased. You are commanded to search the premises of said Lafayette R. Draughon for a shotgun which Shepherd Draughon alleges to be concealed around the house, and which belongs to the estate of Leonidas W. Draughon, deceased."
