Miriam5 Johnson (John4, Thomas3 Joseph2 ) was born Mar. 22, 1736; married Ebenezer Mudgett Oct. 10, 1752, and died Ebenezer may have been a son of William and Dinah ( ) Mudgett, born in Haverhill July 2, 1726; and died He was a prominent early settler in Weare, N. H., and is called a merchant in the records. He was licensed to operate an inn. He was a leader in the Pine Tree Riot, and was a Revolutionary soldier. His widow married second Feb. 3, 1790 Capt. William Marshall of Hampstead, who died in 1822 aged ninety-six. My authority for the four youngest children of the Mudgetts is Little's History of Weare , N. H. and G. W. Johnson's notes.
